In warmer months spend your days relaxing outside by the large, solar heated swimming pool.
At Merrivale Hill you’ll also enjoy visits from local wildlife including kangaroos, wombats, bunny rabbits, bird life and cows as they pass through the paddocks.

A covered outdoor entertaining area with barbeque is perfect for cooking and enjoying a meal outdoors protected from the elements.

The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms.
• The King Size Master with fireplace has a large ensuite with spa and amazing views from the bed.
• Two tastefully decorated Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with views.
• The bunk room has its own ensuite and four large king-single beds perfect for adults and children alike.
Entertainment:
A record player (with a selection of vinyl), Sonos sound system, games, books, table tennis and billiard table will keep you entertained when you just want to stay in.
The garage has been converted into a kid (and adults haven) with a pool table, table tennis table and a wood burning fire.
Amenities:
The home also includes a full laundry and storage racks for your skis and a room dedicated to drying ski gear with both a humidifier and heater. There is heating and cooling throughout all rooms.

Only a 10-minute drive to the entry gates for Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, Merrivale Hill, is the perfect location to enjoy all that Victoria's High Country has to offer no matter the weather. If it’s snowing, throw your skis in the car and head up the mountain. If it’s raining, cosy up by the fire, put on a record and enjoy a glass of red while you take in the views. If it's sunny, the region is known for its hiking trails, bike trails, fishing in the Delatite River, wineries, horse riding, and 4-wheel driving. You can’t go wrong!
